Sagace promotes the central coast lifestyle, which is listed in the "Blue Zone Index". We want to inspire better eating habits, following seasonality and using Californian products!

Pasta Santina is our first homage to the central coast living.
Crafted directly in Santa Barbara, using Californian flours, dried for over 24 hours to keep nutrients safe. Using methods ancient pasta makers would use too.
